Drogon TV Sign In: How to Log In on Every Device

Your Drogon TV sign in is three pieces of information, not an account you create on a website: a portal URL, a username and a password. They arrive by email once your order is paid, and you type them into the app on the device you watch on. This guide explains what each piece does, where it goes, how the same login works across your devices, and what to check, in order, when a login that should work doesn't.

What your Drogon TV sign in details look like

When you order, the team confirms your plan on WhatsApp and sends a secure payment link. After payment, your login details come by email. That email is the one to keep: it holds everything you need to sign in, and it's the first place to look whenever you set up a new device.

DetailWhat it isWhere you'll use it
Portal URLThe address of the server your app connects toThe "server", "URL" or "portal" field of the app
UsernameThe name tied to your subscriptionThe username field
PasswordThe secret that goes with that usernameThe password field

Three habits save most login trouble later:

  • Keep the email. Star it, move it to a folder, or note the details somewhere private. If it went to spam, mark it as "not spam" so later messages, such as the renewal link, land in your inbox.
  • Copy, don't retype, when you can. Most failed logins come down to one wrong character.
  • Never share a screenshot of it. The details give access to your subscription, and the terms limit them to your household.

Where to enter your Drogon TV login

Where the details go depends on the app, and the app depends on the device. Drogon TV works with its own app and with standard IPTV players, and the team tells you which one fits your device.

On an Amazon Fire TV Stick

On a Fire TV Stick you install the Drogon TV app with the Downloader app, using the code or link in your welcome email. Once the app is open, it asks for your username and password. The full steps, including the Fire TV setting you need to switch on first, are in our Fire TV Stick setup guide. Setup takes less than 5 minutes.

In TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro

If the team suggests a standard player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro, the login screen usually asks for a server or portal address as well as a username and password. That's where the portal URL from your email goes. Type it exactly as written, including the beginning of the address, and don't add a slash or a space at the end. Our post on the Drogon TV app and other players explains how the apps differ.

On any other device

Android TV, Apple devices, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, MAG boxes and computers all work, but the right app is different from one to the next. Send the team your device and, for a TV or box, its model on WhatsApp. They'll tell you which app to install and which field each detail goes in.

Is there a Drogon TV login code?

People often search for a login code, and the welcome email does contain a code, but it isn't a sign-in code. It's the Downloader code or link that installs our app on a Fire TV Stick. Signing in itself always uses the username and password, plus the portal URL in apps that ask for one. If an app or a message asks you for a different "activation code" you've never received, don't type anything you were sent by someone you don't know: ask the team first.

Using one login on several devices

Your login is not tied to one device. You can sign in on whichever device you're using, then on another one later, with the same details. What the plan limits is how many devices stream at the same time: every plan is sold for 1, 2 or 3 devices.

Your planWhat it allows
1 deviceOne device streaming at a time; you can still switch devices whenever you like
2 devicesTwo devices streaming at the same time, for example the living room and a bedroom
3 devicesThree devices streaming at the same time across the household

So signing in on a new phone or a second TV is normal. If a device refuses to play while others are already watching, the plan's device count is the likely reason, and the plans page shows what each device count costs for 3, 6 or 12 months. Your Drogon TV login is for your household only: the terms don't allow sharing it with people outside it.

Drogon TV login not working? A checklist

Go through these in order. Most failed sign-ins stop at the first or second step.

  1. Check every character. Passwords are usually case-sensitive, and letters such as a lowercase L, a capital I and the number 1 look alike in some fonts. Compare what you typed with the email, one character at a time.
  2. Look for spaces. Copying from an email often picks up a space before or after the username or password. Delete the field and type it again.
  3. Check the right field. The portal URL goes in the server or URL field, never in the username field. An error about the server often points to an incomplete address.
  4. Check your plan's end date. Plans are paid once and don't renew automatically. If your term has ended, the login stops working until you renew. Drogon TV emails a secure renewal link 7 days before a plan ends, so check your inbox and spam folder for it.
  5. Count the devices in use. If every device your plan covers is already streaming, one more device won't play. Stop playback on one of them and try again.
  6. Test the connection. An app that can't reach the server can look like a login error. The service needs at least 15 Mbps for HD and 30 Mbps or more for 4K; run a speed test on the device itself, and restart it and your router.
  7. Restart the app. Close it fully, open it again, and let the channel list and TV guide load before you judge.

Still stuck after all seven? Message the team on WhatsApp, 24/7, with the device, the app and the exact error message. The setup guide's troubleshooting section covers the other common problems.

Forgotten password or lost welcome email

This site has no customer account area and no "reset password" button. Your details are in the welcome email, so search your inbox and spam folder for it first: a search for "DrogonTV login", "username" or "portal" usually finds it. If it's gone, or you think someone else has your details, message the team on WhatsApp, ideally from the number you ordered with, and give the email you used for the order. Never post your password in a public message or a comment. The My subscription page sums up what to do for renewals and lost logins.

Keeping your IPTV account safe

An IPTV account is only as private as its login. A few rules keep yours that way:

  • Keep the details inside your household. Sharing them breaks the terms and can use up your plan's devices.
  • Sign out of devices you sell, give away or no longer use.
  • Only order and renew through the WhatsApp number on our contact page, and only pay through the payment link the team sends you. A page that copies the Drogon TV name but sits on another address isn't us.
  • Subscribers must be 18 or older, and parental controls help on a shared family TV.

Drogon TV sign in FAQ

How do I log in to Drogon TV?

Open the app on your device and enter the username and password from your welcome email, plus the portal URL if the app asks for a server address. On a Fire TV Stick, install the app first with Downloader, as the setup guide shows.

What is the Drogon TV login code?

There's no separate login code. The code in your welcome email is the Downloader code or link that installs the app on a Fire TV Stick. To sign in, you use your username and password.

Why is my Drogon TV login not working?

The usual causes are a typo, a space copied with the password, the portal URL in the wrong field, a plan that has ended, or every device on the plan already streaming. Work through the checklist above, then ask the team on WhatsApp.

Can I use my IPTV account on more than one device?

Yes. The login isn't tied to one device, so you can sign in wherever you watch. Your plan sets how many devices can stream at the same time: 1, 2 or 3.

What happens to my login when my plan ends?

Plans don't auto-renew, so the login stops working at the end of the term. You get a renewal link by email 7 days before, and you can also ask the team on WhatsApp.

Ready for your Drogon TV sign in?

A Drogon TV sign in comes down to the welcome email, the right field in the right app, and a plan that's still active. If you haven't ordered yet, you can ask on WhatsApp whether a free trial is available, or compare the plans and pick the number of devices your household needs.

Want to try Drogon TV?

Ask for a free trial on WhatsApp, or pick a plan: 3, 6 or 12 months for 1, 2 or 3 devices, from $39.
